Shefali Chhabria is the Founder & Managing Principal of Chhabria Capital Partners, where she is responsible for the firm's investment strategy, transaction oversight, operating partnerships, and portfolio management. Throughout her career, Ms. Chhabria has developed a multidisciplinary background spanning entrepreneurship, operations, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and legal administration. Her experience has been built not through passive investment, but through hands-on ownership, management, and execution across multiple industries.

Beginning in the jewelry industry, Ms. Chhabria worked as a designer, artisan, and manufacturer, gaining firsthand experience in product development, sourcing, production, and business operations. She later became deeply involved in her family's restaurant and catering business, helping manage high-volume food service operations while developing an appreciation for customer service, logistics, and disciplined execution. Her operational experience expanded into the legal profession, where she has overseen the management of a high-volume law practice focused on complex administrative and federal court matters. This work has required the implementation of sophisticated operational systems, rigorous compliance standards, detailed project management, and the coordination of multidisciplinary professional teams.

Ms. Chhabria has also accumulated significant experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family real estate development and construction, participating in project planning, budgeting, consultant coordination, entitlement processes, construction management, and investment oversight. These diverse experiences have shaped the philosophy upon which Chhabria Capital Partners was founded: successful investing requires more than capital. It requires operational discipline, thoughtful decision-making, responsiveness, and a willingness to remain actively engaged throughout the life of every investment.

Today, Ms. Chhabria leads the firm's evaluation of new investment opportunities while maintaining active oversight of its portfolio companies.
